A full-day or overnight traverse through the Rio Grande Valley, connecting the Barbecue Bottom area to Millbank community — the gateway to the Windward Maroon heritage landscape. The route follows the Rio Grande upstream through primary forest, crossing the river multiple times. Millbank is used as the staging community for Nanny Town treks. A guide is essential.
