A flooded sinkhole lagoon near Port Antonio fed by freshwater springs that keep the water at a constant temperature and strikingly vivid blue-green colour. Accessed by boat from the Blue Lagoon jetty; traditionally explored on bamboo rafts. Featured in Brooke Shields' 1980 film "The Blue Lagoon." The small cay adjacent (Pellew Island proper) is reached by swimming or boat.
