A three-tiered waterfall on the Guy's Hill / Port Maria road, named for Tacky (Akan name: Takyi), leader of the 1760 Tacky's War — one of the most significant slave rebellions in Caribbean history. The hike through bamboo and forest to the falls passes the area where Tacky made his final stand. Less crowded than north coast commercial falls; arrange a local guide in Port Maria.
